Join the Rhythm!

We invite you to join the Lifesprings Community of women as we engage in the following practices for personal and corporate spiritual growth.

1. Daily Practices:

Follow a Rhythm (or Rule) of Life. Developing and following a Rhythm
of Life will help you be intentional in creating space for God to do his work of spiritual formation and transformation in you. It helps you align yourself more fully with His will, his word, and His design of who he created you to be.

2. Weekly Practices:

• Practice Lectio Divina with the scripture verse or verses provided in “TUESDAY TOGETHER”—our weekly devotional and reflection. HERE’S HOW TO DO LECTIO DIVINA
  
  
• Join the Lifesprings Online Communities: Instagram or CONNECTING DEEPER FACEBOOK page. You must request permission to join the Facebook Group.

3. Yearly Practices:

• The practice of “August” Breather Month—taking the month of August off as a Sabbatical Rest from your busy life.
