Listen:
“Yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary.” (Isaiah 40:31 NASB)
Reflect:
During this third week of advent, we would like to invite all of our Lifesprings International community to join us in completing a personal Year-End Examen. We are including our document for you to use along with your own journals as a part of preparing our hearts during this advent season for giving thanks for the past year and looking ahead to 2022 with hope for the future.
We pray you will be blessed by this practice and will continue to engage in the Year-End Examen with us every December as one of our rhythms of life; setting aside time with God to look back with thankful hearts and look ahead to the coming year with hope.

Questions to Ponder:
- How was this time of Examen most meaningful to you?
- How did God touch you personally through this practice?
- How did you experience His transforming grace through this process?
Prayer of Response:
Thank You Lord for Your promise of strength when we wait on you and trust You. May our hearts be prepared this advent season to celebrate our Messiah’s birth and as we await His second coming.
